Ep. 247 - Jonathan Fowler [LVII]

Hello and welcome to The Rob Burgess Show. I am, of course, your host, Rob Burgess.
On this our 247th episode, our returning guest is Jonathan Fowler.
Jonathan is the all-time most frequent guest of The Rob Burgess Show. You first heard Jonathan Fowler on Episode 2Episode 10Episode 20Episode 21Episode 29Episode 30Episode 31Episode 32Episode 34Episode 35, Episode 43Episode 48Episode 51Episode 56Episode 64Episode 74Episode 83Episode 92Episode 102Episode 103Episode 104Episode 105Episode 106Episode 107Episode 108Episode 109Episode 111Episode 114Episode 115Episode 116Episode 119Episode 126Episode 127Episode 133Episode 137Episode 140Episode 146Episode 147Episode 149Episode 153Episode 156Episode 158Episode 160Episode 162Episode 164Episode 167Episode 168Episode 169Episode 172Episode 173Episode 174Episode 179Episode 180Episode 181Episode 185 and Episode 236.
And on Episode 82 and Episode 216, Jonathan was a guest along with fellow regular guest Ash Burgess.
Jonathan graduated with a BA in history from Indiana University in 2006. He is an unabashed left-wing political junkie. He has lived and worked in South Korea for over 9 years, trying to help the citizens of that great nation, hopefully, "talk pretty one day."
A quick editor's note:
My children were quite loud at times in the background of the episode. I edited out as much of it as I could.
Also, this conversation was recorded a few months back, but I felt like most of it still holds up. However, there have been a few developments between then and now. The candidates who were facing Donald Trump and Joe Biden have since ended their campaigns. Joe Lieberman died. Joe Manchin declared he would not run for president in 2024. No Labels ended their presidential bid for 2024. Post News has shut down. Jonathan and I are both on Bluesky now. However, I am still not on Threads.
