Ep. 66 - Sean Spicer [IV]

Hello and welcome to The Rob Burgess Show. I am, of course, your host, Rob Burgess.
On this, our 66th episode, our returning guest is Sean Spicer.
You first heard Sean Spicer on Episode 23, Episode 44 and the very first episode of this show.
Sean has traveled tens of thousands of miles by heel, thumbs, wheels and wit.  By the time he was 30 years old, he had hiked the length of South Korea, hitchhiked across America and somehow along the way managed to serve with the 101st Airborne Division and study philosophy at U.C. Berkeley. Driven by an intense need to redefine the impossible as well as himself, he now resides in his home state of California and is slowly teaching his son how to road trip.

Regular guest: Rob Burgess

I am a 33-time award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in print, radio, online, and television. I am currently a Reporter for Financial Planning Magazine. Most recently, I was Technology Reporter for Wealth Management Magazine; Editor of the Wabash Plain Dealer; News Editor of NUVO; Managing Editor of the Indiana Lawyer; and City Editor, Opinion Page Editor and Editorial Board Member of the Kokomo Tribune. I was also a reporter at WFHB, the Times-Mail, The Reporter-Times, Ukiah Daily Journal and Ukiah Valley Television.
Oh yeah, and I’m also the proprietor of the podcast, The Rob Burgess Show.

Ep. 62 - Rob Burgess [II]

Hello and welcome to The Rob Burgess Show. I am, of course, your host, Rob Burgess.
On this, our 62nd episode, our guest is ... me!
My first solo episode of this podcast was Episode 41.
Rob Burgess is a six-time award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in print, radio, online and television. He is currently City Editor, Opinion Page Editor and Editorial Board Member at the Kokomo Tribune, and has previously worked as a reporter at WFHB, Times-Mail, The Reporter-Times, Ukiah Daily Journal, Ukiah Valley Television and NUVO Newsweekly.
Oh yeah, and he's also the proprietor of the podcast, The Rob Burgess Show.
This episode is going to be a bit different than most of the others. The best comparison I could draw would be Episode 47 in which regular guest Mallory Willits returned to Ghana to retrieve her husband, Wisdom, and recorded audio diary entries on her phone. Our daughter was born Wednesday and I brought my recorder along with me to document the experience.
